About The Position

UChange Home Care is actively hiring caregivers for flexible, consistent part-time work. Since 2009, we have provided care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. We offer reliable schedules, strong communication, and supportive leadership. We are currently scheduling interviews and openings are filling quickly. This role offers more than a typical caregiving job, providing a consistent part-time schedule, reliable income, long-term client assignments, a supportive team environment, and work that makes a meaningful difference.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Smartphone for care documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Professionalism, reliability, and compassion
• Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
• CNA or HHA certification (training available)

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment
• Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
• Communicating regularly with our office team
• Maintaining dependable attendance and professionalism
