About The Position
Alivia Group Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers/Home Care Aides to support our client in Woodland Hills, CA. This role involves providing non-medical in-home assistance to seniors and individuals requiring support with daily living activities. Caregivers will work on a regular part-time schedule of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, ensuring consistent and reliable care.
Requirements
- Caregiving experience preferred (home care or healthcare)
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
- Home Care Aide registration and TB Test are REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation assistance and accompaniment to appointments
- Monitor client well-being and report concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure safe environment
