Touching Hearts at Home is seeking qualified and committed individuals passionate about working with older adults and seniors. We have available shifts including AM, PM, and Overnight shifts, ranging from 4 to 12 hours, with a need for weekday and weekend coverage. The starting pay is $21/hr.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
Reliability is essential.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant (private care or care for a loved one considered).
Commitment to availability of 3 days per week (minimum of 16 hrs/wk).
Ability to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
Full access to internet, email, and mobile phone with the ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

Certifications are a plus.
WellSky experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on care to seniors and older adults.
Ensure client health and safety.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Travel to client shifts within a 15-mile radius.
