About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Caregivers, acting as #DifferenceMakers by providing individualized care in clients' homes. The role focuses on assisting clients with daily activities to enhance their dignity, privacy, and independence, whether they are recovering from illness, managing a chronic condition, or experiencing the effects of aging. Services are tailored to meet diverse needs across all ages and abilities.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
