About The Position

Whether recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging, services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities. All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience or CNA certificate preferred.
• CPR /First Aid Certification required where applicable
