About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide individualized care in clients' homes. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities to promote their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, including personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member).
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance.
Performing other light duties as assigned.
