About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Caregivers and make a difference in clients' lives by providing individualized care in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to promote their dignity, privacy, and independence, whether they are recovering from illness, managing a chronic condition, or experiencing the natural process of aging. Services are tailored to meet individual needs across various ages and abilities, encompassing personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, and specialized care for conditions like Alzheimer's and dementia.

Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
