About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Bilingual Caregiver, comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish, to provide individualized care in clients' homes. This role is crucial in assisting clients with daily activities to maintain their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, respite care, and more, tailored to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
• Current CPR Certification
• Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
