About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hosting an on-site hiring event for Home Care Caregivers and Home Care CNAs. This event provides an opportunity to learn about benefits, meet the team, and potentially receive a conditional offer on the spot. The role involves providing individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities, housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, personal hygiene, and transportation. All Ways Caring HomeCare focuses on delivering quality, compassionate, and individualized care to help clients stay at home while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the needs of people of all ages and conditions, including personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License
6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
Current CPR Certification
Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
TB Clearance Per State Regulations
Effective verbal and written communication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
