About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Caregivers, playing a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to ensure they can stay at home while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, and include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
