About The Position
As a part-time or full-time caregiver with Guardian Angel Senior Services in Boston, MA, you'll provide essential home care to senior citizens while enjoying the flexibility many mothers and students need. You'll work onsite in clients' homes, building meaningful relationships in a safe, warm environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves to help others, solve problems, and bring joy, empathy, and stability into seniors' daily lives. Requirements
- Good time management skills.
- A respectful, compassionate attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation / ability to get to clients.
- A willingness to follow all health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shopping and errands to ensure clients have what they need.
- Perform light housekeeping to keep homes clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Plan and prepare meals with input from the client.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Help with ambulation and mobility around the house.
- Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
