Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA/CNA
About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities to enhance their dignity, privacy, and independence. The company focuses on delivering quality, compassionate care tailored to the needs of people of all ages and conditions, including those recovering from illness or injury, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing the natural process of aging. Services offered include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
