About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting them with daily activities to promote their dignity, privacy, and independence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and want to feel fulfilled in their work.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior caregiver experience necessary
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
