Hiring Event Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA/CNA
About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence. The company focuses on delivering quality, compassionate care for people of all ages, whether they are recovering from illness, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging. Services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
