All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Requirements

• 1 year of prior caregiver experience necessary.
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
