About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare's Caregivers are crucial in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities to ensure they can stay at home while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, including personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
