Requirements

Valid driver's license
Valid auto insurance
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
Able and willing to drive within a 20-mile radius of your home address
Comfortable working with both male and female clients
Ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
A supportive, compassionate, and dependable attitude

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Assisting with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing medication reminders
Helping clients safely get around the home and to appointments, errands, or walks
Planning and preparing meals
Completing grocery shopping or accompanying clients while they shop
Performing light housekeeping duties
Observing and reporting any unusual changes or incidents and responding quickly in emergencies
Supporting activities that are essential for daily living while encouraging independence and confidence
