Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license or identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete required background checks
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Aide, Direct Care Worker, or CNA is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and friendly conversation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide mobility assistance
- Assist with errands, shopping, or appointments when needed
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
