About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one care to a senior in their home. This is a part-time position offering a consistent schedule of 24 hours per week, specifically on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking reliable, consistent hours without the commitment of a full-time schedule, allowing seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Requirements
- Reliable, compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation when required
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Experience caring for seniors is a plus
Responsibilities
- Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assistance with mobility and daily activities
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Following the client's care plan
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
