About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring Skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers) to support seniors in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, & surrounding areas. Service areas include Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and surrounding areas. Virtual interviews are being conducted.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or personal attendant experience
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
- Must be able to work split/stacked shifts (1–4-hour shifts combined to form full workdays).
- Must be able to travel up to 25 miles for work.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Daytime, Afternoon, and Evening availability
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- HCA License
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including but not limited to: bathing, toileting, dress assist, walk assist, grooming, eating, incontinence care, transfer assist,
- Assist with safe use and setup of assistive equipment
- Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment
- Medication reminders
- Support mobility, transfers, and general safety
- Encourage communication and social engagement
- Document care tasks accurately
- Build meaningful relationships while upholding professional and ethical standards
