About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Care Aides (HCA) for weekend shifts providing in-home senior care. Additional weekday early shifts are also available. This role offers flexible hours, reliable pay, and the opportunity to engage in meaningful work within a supportive team environment. The position focuses on consistent one-on-one client care, avoiding the burnout associated with facility-based work.

Requirements

• Active Washington State CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HCA (Home Care Aide)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care to seniors in a one-on-one setting.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support independence and safety.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Offer transportation to appointments and errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Communicate with the care team and complete documentation.
