Amada Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers in Buna, TX & surrounding areas to help seniors and veterans remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. This role offers meaningful work where you can make a difference in the lives of others.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- Must have TWO years of caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate non-medical care and companionship tailored to each client’s needs.
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging client independence and engagement
