About The Position
This position is performed in client residences throughout Southern California. Caregivers provide non-medical support services and do not perform skilled nursing or clinical healthcare procedures.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving, home care, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background screening requirements
- Home Care Aide registration preferred where applicable
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation assistance and accompaniment to appointments
- Monitor client well-being and report concerns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment
