About The Position

We are currently hiring compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregivers for clients requiring heavy hands-on care, advanced personal care assistance, and dementia / Alzheimer’s support throughout the Poway area.
Requirements
- Comfortable providing full-assist ADL care, mobility support, memory care, companionship, and safety supervision for seniors with cognitive and physical limitations.
- Compassionate and patient
- Experienced with dementia behaviors
- Comfortable with transfers and mobility assistance
- Reliable and professional
- Excellent communicators
- Calm under pressure
- Observant and safety-focused
- Passionate about senior care
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year caregiving, CNA, HHA, DSP, or senior care experience preferred
- Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia care strongly preferred
- Experience with hospice or high-acuity clients preferred
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Current TB test and background clearance preferred (must be a registered HCA)
- CPR certification is a plus
