About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is looking for passionate and purpose-driven individuals to join their team as caregivers. This family-owned company prioritizes great communication, strong support, and gratitude for their caregiving staff, believing that seniors deserve to age with dignity and comfort in their own homes. The role involves providing one-on-one care in a supportive environment with a team of healthcare professionals who value contributions. Weekend Days and Weekend Overnights coverage is needed, with shifts ranging from 6-12 hours for day shifts and 12-hour shifts for overnights. The service area includes Norfolk County and the South Shore area, from Quincy to Plymouth.

Requirements

  • Proficient/fluent in English speaking, reading & writing.
  • Reliable and able to commit to a set schedule.
  • Availability of 3+ days per week.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant (private care or care for a loved one considered).
  • Valid driver's license AND insured vehicle.
  • Ability to drive up to 15 miles for shifts.
  • Willing to drive clients for appointments, shopping & outings.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Full access to internet, email, and mobile phone with ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications are a plus.
  • WellSky experience is a plus.
