About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is a family-owned home care agency seeking dedicated individuals passionate about working with older adults and seniors. We offer a supportive, communicative, and appreciative environment. We believe the best caregivers find this work meaningful and rewarding, contributing to helping seniors age with dignity and comfort. This role involves providing hands-on care, with a preference for 12-hour day shifts, though 6-12 hour shifts are considered. Availability for Monday-Friday and weekends is required.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
Reliable and committed to a set schedule.
1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant (private care or care for a loved one considered).
Availability of 3 days per week (minimum of 16 hrs/wk to maintain employment).
Ability to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
Full access to internet, email, and mobile phone with the ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

Certifications are a plus.
WellSky experience is a plus.
