About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team and support clients with their daily needs in a one-on-one environment. Service availability hours: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Pay: $17.00/hr (Bi-weekly pay + daily access to earnings via the Tapcheck app!).

Requirements

• HHA certification or CNA license (required).
• CPR or BLS certification (required).
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes (required).
• Kind, compassionate, and patient.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and help clients feel comfortable.
• In accordance with Florida law, applicants for this position are required to complete background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care (not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, etc).
• Light housekeeping.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Meal prep and feeding support.
• Medication reminders.
