About The Position
Synergy HomeCare of Seminole is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. If you enjoy helping others and are passionate about providing quality care, we would love to hear from you! This role is located in the Largo, Florida service area.
Requirements
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Recent TB Test Results.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Accompany clients to their appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections).
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
