About The Position

NorBella Centerville is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their team. NorBella Centerville is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team, located in Centerville, MN. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. In this position, you will be providing support to residents with their personal care services, including direct care to all genders of residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. You will also assist with medication administration and engage residents in meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
