About The Position

Boden Coon Rapids, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team. Boden Coon Rapids is located just outside the heart of downtown Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 54-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part-Time PMs (Week 1: Sunday/Monday/Friday 3pm-11pm, Week 2: Monday/Saturday 3pm-11pm) & NOCs (11pm-7am) and On-Call HHA Wage : $17.00-$22.00 per hour CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs Are you compassionate towards others? Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
