About The Position
Our caregivers are the cornerstone of our business, providing much-needed service to seniors and their families struggling to maintain their independence daily. Our Caregivers possess compassion, care, dependability, professionalism, honesty, flexibility, problem-solving, a positive attitude, and love. Our Caregivers represent who we are and what we stand for to those we serve. Our Caregivers offer a diverse range of services, from basic companion care (including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more complex personal care (such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.). They are also flexible in their availability, working a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc. The business culture is Gospel-Driven, Servant-Led.
Requirements
- Licensed Driver with an operational insured vehicle
- Pass a Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) background check
- All applicants must be screened through the AHCA Clearing House.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aid (HHA) certification (receives additional pay)
Responsibilities
- Provide basic companion care including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation.
- Provide complex personal care such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing.
- Offer flexible availability for a variety of shifts, including 1-24 hour (live-in) shifts, weekends, nights, and mornings.
