About The Position

Caregiver Health RN - Caregiver Health at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 08-hour, Day shifts. Under the general supervision of Manager of Employee Health Office, the Employee Health Nurse conducts pre-employment and annual employee physicals, assists in the processing of claims for work-related injuries and coordinates any necessary treatment, interacts with third-party administrator (TPA) and provides required assistance with investigation and documentation. The Employee Health Nurse also assists with the coordination of the Transitional Work Program, interfaces with the Employee Assistance Program to ensure maximum utilization by employees. The Employee Health Nurse is the lead coordinator of the flu vaccination and fit test programs. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• California Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 6 months Staff RN, RNP, or PA

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse
• 6 months Employee Health experience

Responsibilities
