About The Position
Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide in-home care and support to clients throughout Marin County. We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Reliable and professional
- Able to provide dependable transportation
- Strong communicators who genuinely enjoy helping others
- Passionate about helping seniors, families, and clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in caregiving, home care, or as an HCA preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and help ensure client safety
- Run errands as needed
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the care team
- Provide compassionate, dependable support that helps clients remain safe and comfortable at home
