About The Position

Care Partners At Home is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to children, adults, and seniors in Orange County and surrounding areas. Our caregivers support individuals with a variety of needs, including developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's, personal care, and activities of daily living (ADLs). Requirements

Minimum 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to provide quality caregiver support
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Current TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; cost assistance available
Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required. Not registered yet? Our team will guide you through the registration process.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one caregiver support tailored to each client
Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Follow individualized care plans and communicate client updates

Benefits

Competitive pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
