The Caregiver Giving Coordinator (CGC) is a key member of the Enloe Health Foundation (EHF) team and lead for the Caregiver Giving Campaign, Caregiver Scholarship program, and the Grateful Patient Referral program. The CGC is responsible for inspiring, cultivating, and stewarding philanthropic support from employees, physicians and volunteers. The CGC serves as a main point of contact in managing the full lifecycle of the scholarship program, from promotion and application intake to award distribution and reporting. The CGC will also provide essential support for the Grateful Patient Referral program by working closely with physicians and care teams to promote and foster a culture of philanthropy and gratitude with patients and their families. As lead for the Caregiver Giving Campaign, the CGC will focus on caregiver engagement and giving by developing and implementing strategies that strengthen caregiver philanthropic connections to the mission through participation in giving programs, campaigns and events. As Caregiver Scholarship program lead, the CGC is responsible for the administration and coordination of EHF's scholarship program. This role supports the Scholarship Selection Committee's work in awarding scholarships, maintains accurate records, communicates with applicants and recipients and ensures the program aligns with donor intent and organizational values. The CGC will also act as the primary liaison and engagement strategist for the physician and care team Grateful Patient Referral program, ensuring smooth philanthropic coordination between the physician and care team partners and the EHF while upholding privacy and compliance and nurturing relationships that cultivate a culture of gratitude and philanthropy. This position requires evening or early morning responsibilities related to events or campaigns to help ensure caregivers across the organization receive the same level of attention and outreach.
