JOB TITLE: Annual Giving Coordinator - Institutional Advancement and UW Foundation JOB PURPOSE: Manage the social media and technology-based fundraising for the department of Annual Giving. Assist with the administration and implementation of annual giving programs. Serve as a key member of the Annual Giving team, supporting traditional functions of fundraising in the department.

Responsibilities

  • Daily execution of annual giving technology-based fundraising functions, such as solicitations through email, text to give, online giving, crowdfunding and other industry-recognized venues.
  • Provide leadership in innovative technology-based fundraising, such as Crowdfunding.
  • Manage the process of print-based solicitations as well as stewardship of annual giving donors.
  • Manage the annual giving schedules and projects.
  • Coordinate processes through which annual giving projects are recorded, tracked and reported with department on shared drive and through appropriate email reporting.
