About The Position

Be PROUD of what you do: Core Responsibilities Fundraising Individualized Donor Cultivation Utilize Benevon Model Manage Annual Giving Accounts Documentation & Reporting What will you be doing in your role? Develop and implement strategies using the Benevon® model to effectively engage the community in our mission and reach financial goals. Routinely meet or exceed financial goals. Be diligent to meet both individual and team goals, working effectively with all members of the team to grow our donor base. Encourage engaged donors to serve as Ambassadors, collaborating with them to invite others to learn about CCFW. Develop and take ownership of yearly cultivation plans for your donors, ensuring that each portfolio donor has a clear and customized strategy and appropriate timeline for outreach and stewardship. Listen and learn to identify what community members express interest in and share that information with the team and have excellent follow-up and follow-through. Ensure that donors are kept informed of CCFW progress, receive client success stories, and are invited to relevant events and learning opportunities. Frequently have face to face or other creative engagements with your donors and their connections. Maintain ownership of the donor experience, by stepping in to resolve conflicts involving donors or negotiating solutions with other CCFW leaders. Constantly refine your cultivating and engagement strategies, and methods that align with the Benevon® model. Connecting with our community, you present the mission of CCFW with integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm. Cultivate strong internal relationships with members of your team and other agency programs, building a strong understanding of agency programs/services and establish strong, collaborative relationships with the ultimate goal of donor engagement. Enthusiastically participate in special event fundraisers and regular donor engagement activities, including travel to other locations. Strategically attend cultivation events and other opportunities to connect with the community. Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and outcomes against agreed upon goals. Document all contact with assigned accounts in our donor database consistently and in a timely manner. Submit requested reports and metric updates by the designated due date.
