Be PROUD of what you do: You'll join a mission-driven team and agency dedicated to supporting our clients. We have been entrusted with a 115-year legacy of doing good and we have set forth a bold goal of ending poverty in our community. Our services are uniquely positioned to address a myriad of key factors that keep families from reaching their bigger, brighter future. We have identified five different areas, or pathways, in which our programs create impact: financial resiliency, education credentials, emotional resiliency, resource stability, and employment. And we're growing our team to make it all happen! Though we are guided by our Catholic Faith, you do not have to be Catholic to join our team or receive services. What will you be doing in your role? Develop and implement strategies using the Benevon® model to effectively engage the community in our mission and reach financial goals. Routinely meet or exceed financial goals. Be diligent to meet both individual and team goals, working effectively with all members of the team to grow our donor base. Encourage engaged donors to serve as Ambassadors, collaborating with them to invite others to learn about CCFW. Develop and take ownership of yearly cultivation plans for your donors, ensuring that each portfolio donor has a clear and customized strategy and appropriate timeline for outreach and stewardship. Listen and learn to identify what community members express interest in and share that information with the team and have excellent follow-up and follow-through. Ensure that donors are kept informed of CCFW progress, receive client success stories, and are invited to relevant events and learning opportunities. Frequently have face to face or other creative engagements with your donors and their connections. Maintain ownership of the donor experience, by stepping in to resolve conflicts involving donors or negotiating solutions with other CCFW leaders. Constantly refine your cultivating and engagement strategies, and methods that align with the Benevon® model. Connecting with our community, you present the mission of CCFW with integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm. Cultivate strong internal relationships with members of your team and other agency programs, building a strong understanding of agency programs/services and establish strong, collaborative relationships with the ultimate goal of donor engagement. Enthusiastically participate in special event fundraisers and regular donor engagement activities, including travel to other locations. Strategically attend cultivation events and other opportunities to connect with the community. Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and outcomes against agreed upon goals. Document all contact with assigned accounts in our donor database consistently and in a timely manner. Submit requested reports and metric updates by the designated due date. Recognize that engaging our community is a team effort and approach all contacts with professionalism and passion for the CCFW mission. Are you the next Annual Giving Officer? Passionate about CCFW’s mission and work.
