As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, fostering independence, and promoting overall well-being.

Requirements

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
