About The Position

Community Interactions, Inc. is seeking dedicated caregivers to join their team of Therapeutic and Direct Support Professionals who support and mentor Adults with Intellectual, Developmental and Physical Disabilities. The role involves supporting clients in a safe and supported manner according to clinical recommendations and Essential Lifestyle Plans. Fluency in American Sign Language is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a 3-year good driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Ability to physically assist individuals.
• High energy level to support clients’ activities.
• Ability to persuade and redirect behavior.

Nice To Haves

• Fluent in American Sign Language.
