About The Position
This full-time position provides daily non-medical transportation for individuals and supports meaningful community outings at least three times per week. You will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit)
- Clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide daily non-medical transportation for individuals.
- Support meaningful community outings at least three times per week.

- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
