About The Position

For this position, we are seeking candidates located in the southwestern Omaha area, Gretna, or within a reasonable commuting distance. At AmanaCare, we exist to honor the God-given dignity of those we serve, lead, and work beside. We provide faithful, personalized non-medical in-home assistance to seniors and the disabled, and we're looking for people who want to serve others and make a difference in their life. This is hands-on, relational work. You'll be a steady presence in someone's home and someone's life.

Requirements

• Be 19 or older.
• Possess a high-school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Reside in the state of Nebraska.

Nice To Haves

• You don't need a background in healthcare; you just need a heart for serving others.
• People with some experience in residential care, or who've worked as a CNA, med aide, case worker, paraprofessional, registered behavior technician, or direct support professional.
