About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide companionship and assistance to elderly clients. This role involves a variety of tasks tailored to each client's needs, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care assistance, and providing social engagement. The position offers flexible scheduling with shifts available on Thursdays and a few days a week, as well as evening shifts for bedtime routines. Wages start at $19.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and compassionate.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a Valid Driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Must pass a caregiver background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to elderly clients.
- Assist clients in locating misplaced objects.
- Prepare and assist with meals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Assist with showering and personal care routines.
- Ensure clients eat their meals.
- Assist with bedtime routines for clients with dementia.
