About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our team. We are hosting a 'Hello Summer Spirit Week' hiring event from June 22-26 at our Valdosta, GA location. This event is an opportunity to learn about career opportunities, enjoy food, and participate in on-the-spot interviews and job offers. Our Caregivers are essential in providing individualized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and independence. Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship
• Assist with personal hygiene care
• Provide transportation assistance as needed
