About The Position
Caregivers Unlimited is growing and looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our family! Now Hiring: Caregiver for a 2-year-old child with special needs. Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. If you have a heart for helping children and making a meaningful difference in a family's life, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (family caregiving counts!)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for young children preferred
- special needs experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, one-on-one care
- Engage the child in age-appropriate activities
- Assist with personal care as needed
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
- Communicate with the family and agency regarding the child's care
