About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of clients by providing individualized care in the comfort of their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and promoting their dignity, privacy, and independence. The company offers a variety of services including personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member).
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene care.
Providing companionship to clients.
Assisting with transportation.
Performing other light duties as assigned.
