About The Position
The Residence at Presque Isle Bay is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Caregiver/CNA for the 2nd shift. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents in a beautiful senior living community with stunning bayfront views. We value honesty, teamwork, and a supportive, transparent leadership team. This shift is ideal for students, night owls, or those who prefer to have their mornings free. The hours are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and the schedule includes a fair weekend rotation. We offer transparent pay, paid training, a supportive culture, and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (Required)
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- CNA Certification (Preferred, but required for the higher CNA pay rate)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, mobility, and evening routines.
- Engage with residents, listen to their stories, and build meaningful connections.
- Collaborate with the nursing staff to maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment.
