About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers. The role involves providing individualized care in clients' homes, focusing on assisting with daily activities. The company aims to hire individuals who are compassionate, make a difference, and feel fulfilled in their work. All Ways Caring HomeCare provides quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support to help people stay at home, maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, and include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member).
Must pass a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
Must be accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.
Providing personal hygiene care.
Offering transportation assistance.
Performing other light duties as assigned.
