About The Position

Valley of the Sun Homecare is seeking exceptional caregivers who enjoy helping seniors and are ready to be part of a team that has proudly served the Valley for over a decade. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to work NOW! We have clients needs part time care, about 20-30 hours a week AND a couple clients with full work hours, especially 12 hour shift opportunities. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Clear TB test or chest x-ray
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for seniors wherever they call home
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Follow individualized care plans often focused on dementia care
