About The Position

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within a 20–25-mile radius
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to care for both male and female clients
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• 2 years of caregiving experience

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing medication reminders
• Helping with mobility and safe transfers
• Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Encouraging independence while promoting dignity and quality of life
